How to Get Started

Getting started is simple:

1. Create an account on fugoofans.com.
2. Apply to join the FUGOO Affiliate Program.
3. Wait for application review and approval.

Applying is free. Participation is subject to review and approval by FUGOO.

Who Can Join?

We welcome applications from website owners, bloggers, social media creators, content publishers, and marketing partners whose audiences are relevant to industrial fans and ventilation products.

We review each application and may approve or decline participation at our sole discretion. We may reject applications associated with unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or non-compliant content.

How Affiliates May Promote FUGOO Products

Approved affiliates may promote FUGOO products through approved websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and content platforms.

Affiliates may use approved FUGOO product images, links, and promotional materials only to promote FUGOO products accurately. Affiliates may not imply they are FUGOO, an official store, or an authorized reseller unless we provide written permission.

Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, fake discounts, unauthorized coupons, deceptive ads, trademark misuse, or paid search ads that bid on FUGOO brand terms without written approval.

Commission Information

Approved affiliates may earn up to 10% commission on eligible net sales generated through their approved tracking links.

An eligible purchase means a completed order placed through your valid affiliate link, accepted by FUGOO, paid in full, and not canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or self-referred.

Commissions are calculated after discounts, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, shipping fees, and other non-product charges are excluded.

FTC Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with FUGOO in accordance with applicable laws and FTC endorsement guidelines.

Disclosures such as “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link” must appear near affiliate links, product recommendations, or promotional content.

Payment and Account Requirements

Commission payment details, payment schedule, payment method, and any minimum payout threshold will be provided after approval or in the affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.

Program Compliance

FUGOO may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, withhold unpaid commissions, or remove tracking access if we detect fraud, self-referrals, policy violations, misleading promotions, unauthorized advertising, or activity that may harm customers or the FUGOO brand.
