Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All FUGOO industrial fan orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. As a result, orders placed/paid on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. The final shipping cost depends on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to the contiguous United States. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Scope We ship to the contiguous United States only. If you have questions about a specific destination or address type, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch) Once your order is dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.

Possible Delivery Delays Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Peak seasons (increased shipment volume)
  • Extreme weather
  • Carrier logistics congestion
  • Remote address delivery limitations or additional carrier requirements
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, no access, or refusal)

If delays occur, we will do our best to assist you. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking We ship using reliable logistics carriers. Tracking information may be provided after your order has been shipped.

Upon Package Arrival — Please Inspect Immediately When your package arrives, please inspect right away the following items:

  1. The product
  2. The outer box / outer packaging
  3. All included accessories and parts

This quick inspection helps ensure any issues are identified promptly.

Shipping Damage — What to Do If you find that the product is damaged due to transportation (for example: broken components, scratches, dents, deformation, or visible impact), please:

  • Do not discard the damaged packaging and parts (if possible)
  • Take clear photos/videos as evidence
  • Contact fugoofans@gmail promptly

Missing Parts — What to Do If you discover that any accessories/components are missing, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide the relevant order information. We will help verify what is missing and offer a solution accordingly.

Required Proof for Claims (Very Important) To process any shipping damage or missing parts request, we may require evidence. Please provide clear photos and videos showing:

  • The entire parcel, including the outer packaging
  • The shipping label / tracking information (where applicable)
  • The outer carton condition (including any damage)
  • Close-up images/videos of the damaged or missing parts

If claims are submitted without sufficient evidence, processing may be delayed or the claim may be denied.

Resolution After reviewing your case, we will provide free replacement parts or a reasonable solution, depending on the situation and the verification results.

Claims Limitation No transportation damage claim will be accepted without valid supporting evidence. Please ensure you submit photos/videos promptly and keep the packaging until your case is resolved.
