Returns & Refund

We accept order cancellations if the request is received within 48 hours of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.

We process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–3 business days after successful payment (orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day).

If your cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped and within the allowed cancellation window, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Eligibility We offer a 30-day return period, calculated from the date you receive your FUGOO fan.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and components

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Installed, assembled, or used industrial fans
  2. Customized and modified products
  3. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, intentional/artificial damage, or water intrusion
  4. Consumable parts and small peripheral accessories

Return Procedure (Required Steps)

  1. Contact our customer support to submit a return request and obtain an official RMA (Return Authorization Number).
  2. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
  3. Repack the product securely using the original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outer package.
  4. Ship the parcel to the designated return warehouse address provided by our support team.

Inspection & Refund Processing Time Once your return is received, our warehouse will inspect the item and verify that it meets the return requirements.

If approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and confirmation.

If the returned item is missing components, shows signs of use/installation, or does not match the return requirements, we may refuse the return or offer a different resolution.

Required Evidence (If Applicable) To help us verify your request and process the return efficiently, we may ask you to provide photos and/or videos, especially in cases involving:

  • product damage
  • missing parts
  • shipping-related issues

Please provide clear images showing the issue and the product condition.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind) are the customer’s responsibility, including all return shipping fees.
  • Returns due to our error or product/shipping issues—such as product quality defects, shipping damage, or our shipping mistakes—will be covered by us. In these cases, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a corresponding solution.

Claims Limitation We may not be able to process returns if:

  • the product is not returned with a valid RMA number
  • the item is missing components/accessories
  • the item has been installed, used, or altered
