Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All our orders are shipped from 7 self-operated/partner overseas warehouses across the contiguous United States, covering core regions of the East, Central and West Coast. The system automatically assigns the nearest warehouse to your shipping address to minimize delivery time.
Our warehouse locations:
• East Coast: Carson Warehouse (Edison, NJ), Winit USNJ2 Warehouse (Linden, NJ), Winit Savannah Warehouse (Pooler, GA)
• Central Coast: Winit Houston Warehouse (Houston, TX)
• West Coast: Wingocean Logistics Warehouse (Jurupa Valley, CA), Winit USWC5 Warehouse (City of Industry, CA)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (All 48 contiguous United States)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Only available for the following 30 states and District of Columbia)
Do you ship to countries outside the US and Canada?
Important Notice: Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all other countries/regions is temporarily unavailable.
We are actively expanding our international shipping network and will gradually open delivery to more regions in the future. We recommend following our social media accounts or subscribing to our email newsletter to be the first to know about shipping range updates.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout, which includes the full tracking number and official tracking link.
You can also self-check by:
1. Logging in to your FUGOO account
2. Going to the "My Orders" page
3. Clicking on the corresponding order number to view detailed status, logistics trajectory and estimated delivery time

What is the airflow and speed of this fan?
Equipped with an all-sealed brushless DC (BLDC) motor, it offers 4-speed settings:
It features 90° automatic left-right oscillation and 15° manual up-down tilt, with an effective coverage area of up to 1200 square feet (111 square meters) per unit.
Is this fan really waterproof? Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. This fan features an IP53 fully sealed waterproof design, with the motor and electrical components completely enclosed to effectively resist rain splashes, dust and oil fumes.
Suitable for: patios, yards, balconies, garages, warehouses, workshops, restaurants, gyms and other indoor and outdoor locations.
Note: Do not submerge the fan completely in water or leave it uncovered in heavy rain for extended periods.
Does this fan come with a remote control? What is the remote range?
Yes, it comes with a wireless remote control that supports operation up to 20 meters (65 feet) away.
The remote can control: power on/off, 4-speed adjustment, 90° oscillation on/off.
Installation & Assembly

Does this fan require assembly? How difficult is it to assemble?
Yes, it requires simple assembly which takes about 15-20 minutes. No professional tools are needed, and all necessary screws and accessories are included in the package.
Assembly steps:
1. Install the base and stand
2. Install the fan head
3. Connect the power cord
4. Test the functions
We provide detailed illustrated installation instructions and online installation videos. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer service.
Can one person carry and assemble this fan?
Yes, but we recommend two people to carry the package to avoid injury when lifting alone.
During assembly, we recommend having one person assist in holding the fan head while installing to ensure it is securely attached.
Usage & Maintenance

How noisy is this fan when running?
Thanks to the brushless DC motor technology, it operates very quietly:
• Speed 1: ≤42dB (equivalent to the quietness of a library)
• Speed 4: ≤65dB (equivalent to normal conversation volume)
Even at the highest speed, it will not interfere with normal conversation and rest.
What is the lifespan of the motor?
Our fully sealed brushless DC motor has a designed service life of 5 years.
The motor has built-in overheat protection and stall protection functions, which further extend its lifespan and improve safety.
How do I clean and maintain this fan?
1. Always disconnect the power before cleaning
2. Wipe the fan housing and base with a soft cloth
3. The fan grill is removable and can be rinsed with water and air-dried
4. The motor is fully sealed and requires no internal cleaning or lubrication
Note: Do not use corrosive cleaners or high-pressure water guns to rinse the motor part.
Warranty & After-sales

What is the warranty policy for this fan?
We offer a 1-year full product warranty and a 3-year motor warranty.
Warranty coverage:
• Product quality issues not caused by human damage
• Motor failures, electrical failures, structural failures, etc.
Non-warranty coverage:
• Damage caused by human error, accident or improper use
• Normal wear and tear and consumables
• Damage caused by failure to install or use according to the instructions
