Warranty Policy
FUGOO Fans is committed to providing reliable, high-quality industrial fan products. All FUGOO wall-mounted industrial fans are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
1) Warranty Coverage
Within the valid warranty period, we provide:
- Free technical support for product troubleshooting and usage guidance
- Free replacement of defective parts or internal components due to manufacturing defects
Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, and guidance for installation may be offered where applicable.
2) Warranty Period
- The warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date the product is delivered to the customer
- Warranty claims must be submitted within this valid period
3) What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to damage or issues resulting from:
- External impact, dropping, or physical damage
- Improper or non-compliant installation
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of electrical components
- Use of incorrect or mismatched power supply
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic surface damage (e.g., scratches, fading)
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions
4) Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
- Our support team will review your request and provide a solution
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will arrange replacement parts or an appropriate resolution.
5) Additional Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- FUGOO Fans reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty
- In some cases, we may request the return of defective parts for inspection
